Amit Paul, who was the next challenger, was unable to participate as he had taken ill. The decision to keep him as a challenger in the stage, led to a debate between the judges and the participants.

We also had some guests from IBN 7 and Radio Mirchi Mr. Sandeep Chaudhuri and Shonali, respectively, who came down to boost the morale of their challengers.

The judges finally, selected Sikandar Ali, Amanat Ali, K. Shailendra, Rex D’Souza, Anil Srivastava and Amit Paul. Bappi Lahiri requested Rinku to give a performance every week on the stage though not as a participant.
